OK, so assuming it wasn't moved/destroyed by the pre-escalation Saddam regime OR the Russians sent to destroy evidence of their relationship with the Iraqi weapons development programs...

At least it was a small enough amount for some looters to haul away in a few F150s.  Perhaps right under the nose of US troops whose orders were not to search but to get to Baghdad...
